Every Day Counts – Children are legally required to attend school. It is the responsibility of students to attend school every school day, be on time and take part in school activities. It is the responsibility of parents to ensure your children attend school on every school day. School absences are followed up rigorously.
If your child is absent, it is important to advise the school on the day of the absence. This can be done by:
If the school has not been notified of your child's absence, parents/carers will receive a text message before 10am on the day of the absence. If the school does not receive any notification from parents, a follow up phone call will be made on the day of the absence.
